While most products ship within 3 (working) days, some orders can take up to 10 days to process. Remember, Jim still makes many tools to order! The shipping method you select will be in addition to our processing time.

A MESSAGE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- PLEASE READ THIS

Thank you for your order. I'm sorry our website will only calculate UPS shipping rates. However, we DO NOT ship orders outside of the U.S by UPS ( United Parcel Service ). We ship all INTERNATIONAL orders by United States Postal Service ( USPS ). So DON'T PANIC!!!!! I will gladly look up the USPS shipping rate for your order, and email you the options. They will be considerably less than the UPS rates.

Also, our website does not charge your credit card when you place your order. I charge all credit cards manually when the order is ready to ship, and after you have chosen from the shipping options that I email you. So DO NOT WORRY!!!! I will email you another receipt when I ship. So...Please place your order on our website, and ignore the shipping rates it quotes you. I will email you with a few shipping choices , usually priority mail or express mail. (For some countries first class mail is also an option.)
