While it's true that I am in the business of selling tools, I am not interested in selling you something you don't really need or can't really use. We work out of our home on the west coast. You are welcome to call or fax between 8:30a.m. and 4:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If we are home we will always answer. Please leave a message and tell us where you are calling from. We will call you back.

Shipping:

Domestic Orders - web site will calculate UPS shipping costs for domestic orders.

International Orders - Will ship by USPS. Shipping options will be mailed for international orders only.

I make your tools to order, and this takes time. Most orders shipped within 2 weeks, but can take as long as 4 weeks. Feel free to email us for approximate shipping times.
